Train Kentucky, LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our virtual training sessions. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate the needs of our clients. In this regard, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation Prior to Course Start Date: If a participant fails to enter the course on the assigned dates, they are eligible for a full refund or they can choose to be enrolled in the next scheduled course, subject to availability. Please note that all refund or rescheduling requests must be emailed to our customer support at ccollier@trainky.com with the subject line “Refund” at least 24 hours prior to the start date of the course.
- Non-Attendance After Course Start: If a participant does not attend any part of the class, they are eligible for a refund or can opt to finish the class during the next scheduled course date. Any refund or rescheduling requests must be emailed to our customer support at ccollier@trainky.com with the subject line “Refund” within 48 hours after the start of the course.
- Partial Attendance: If a participant has attended any part of the course, no refund will be provided. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In this case, the participant will have the opportunity to complete the remaining parts of the course during the next available course date.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the refund request email. The refund will be made through the original mode of payment.
- Changes to Scheduled Courses: Train Kentucky, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule for a later course date.
- Policy Changes: Train Kentucky, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
